1. Terms of Use

By using Sakhr app, you acknowledge that you are of legal age to enter into contracts and request services, and you undertake to provide correct and accurate information during registration and keep your account login details secure.

2. Service Mediation and Escrow System

Sakhr app is an intermediary platform connecting clients with certified and trusted service offices inside the Kingdom. Upon accepting a service quote, the amount is kept safely in the app's financial escrow system. The amount is only released and transferred to the service office after the service is completed and confirmed by the client through the app.

3. Prohibited Conduct

It is strictly prohibited to use the app for fraudulent purposes, submit misleading information, attempt to communicate and pay outside the app and its escrow system, or post abusive content in direct chats.

4. Intellectual Property and Liability

All content of Sakhr app, including designs, trademarks, and code, is our exclusive property. The app is a technical intermediary and is not responsible for the quality of service execution provided by the office outside the scope of the escrow system rules and transaction protections set forth.
